The establishment was built in 2009 and is fully air-conditioned. It offers numerous cafés, bars, indoor buffets, chill-out zones and event spaces. Guests can enjoy long refreshing walks in the surrounding area or make use of the hotel's leisure facilities, including tennis courts, Spanish paddle courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a football pitch, squash courts and a 9-hole golf course. This beautiful apartment complex is situated in Callao Salvaje, an area situated on the south west coast of the lively Tenerife. It is just a 20-minute drive from Tenerife Sur International Airport and a short driving distance from the nearest golf courses of the region. The beach is to be found a short walk from this property. The 1-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 2 people (2 adults and 1 child) and come completely equipped to guarantee a truly memorable stay. They all come with a furnished balcony featuring views over the surrounding landscape. The magnificent pool area is surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers and parasols, ideal to take a cool dip and then soak up the sun. A private parking is also available for guests' convenience, and younger guests will appreciate the pool and tennis tables.

This accomodation is 3 minute walking distance from the beach. These economic apartments are situated in Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje on the island of Tenerife, 250 m from the beach.
