This enchanting apartment complex features a prime situation in Cala de Bou area, close to the renowned town of San Antonio, in Ibiza. Guests will find themselves just 500 metres from a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for water sports or relaxing. The property was renovated in 2012 and offers a choice of completely equipped apartments for guests to feel right at home. They all have been decorated in a simple yet practical manner, offering all the necessary services and amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The onsite facilities include a sparkling outdoor swimming pool with separate children's area, ideal to take a cool dip in the warmer summer days. There is also a beach bar with deck chairs and parasols for guests' convenience.

The apartments are situated only some 4 km from the centre of San Antonio, in the famous San Antonio Bay. Guests may take advantage of the good bus service and the proximity to the beach (some 200 m away). There are restaurants, bars, pubs and shops within around 50 m of the complex. Ibiza International Airport is around 16 km away.This is an attractive complex featuring a large terrace with a garden which comprises a total of 24 1-bedroom apartments, and offers guests a cafe, a supermarket and parking. Further facilities available at this establishment include a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a bar, a restaurant, washing facilities (charges apply) and a bicycle hire service.Each apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a large living room with 2 sofa beds, an American kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fully fitted bathroom. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe (with surcharge to be paid directly at the reception) and free Internet access.
