This establishment is situated only 500 metres from the broad, sandy beach in the delightful village of L'Estartit, originally a fishing village that has become one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. It has 5 km of fine sandy beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the Medas Islands off the shore. It is very close to shops, a supermarket and other services. Girona Airport is around 40 km away and Barcelona is 150 km away.This property is one of L'Estartit's finest complexes with 150 apartments, and a communal garden. Further facilities include a hotel safe, moneychanger and lift service. Covered parking as well as room service is available for a fee.The apartments sleep either 4/5 or 6/7 people and comprise 2/3 twin bedrooms, dining-living room with sofa-bed, open-plan kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace. Girona Airport is about 45 km away and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 150 km away. There are a total of 8 apartments at this hotel. All of them are tastefully decorated and feature a spacious layout. All units open to a balcony or terrace from which guests can enjoy views of the charming village or the sea. Visitors are invited to take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool which has a children's swimming area. Other leisure activities available at the establishment include diving and horse riding.

Due to its ideal location, L'Estartit is able to offer a wide range of water sports, as well as other leisure activities. It has 5 km of fine-sand beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the offshore Medes Islands. The complex boasts a private garden and a communal swimming pool in the central area.
