  La habitación diminuta, no se corresponde con hotel de 4 estrellas, igualmente la cama muy pequeña. 2 ascensores, 1 de ellos averiado 3 de los 4 días, internet 2 días no funcionó, un día no funcionaba la tarjeta llave, ni disculpas, solicitamos 2 almohadas de acuerdo con oferta en habitración sólo tenían 1 y de 1 de las opciones.

  Printer at reception not calibrated. Was asked at the airport to go to the counter and get a new boarding pass as they could not scan it at the Security/Boarding Pass control due to bad quality.

  Habitación amplia y mobiliario adecuado. Personal agradable y profesional. Tuvimos un problema en la disponibilidad de la habitación reservada y lo resolvieron rápidamente además de compensarnos por las molestias causadas.

  La plaza de garaje que nos asignaron era de muy difcil acceso. Si vas a Lisboa para visitar el centro histórico y turistico el hotel está un poco retirado, es necesario coger transporte público, pero tiene el metro y paradas de autobús muy cercanas.

  TV in room did not work, and staff unable to do anything about it. Very thin walls, so next door room occupants could be heard. Taxi to airport booked via hotel - price was 12 euros, but when given 20 euros, the driver claimed that he had no change. Miraculously, he found some when I didn't get out of the car.
