        Lovely and quiet. Good location.

        It seemed as if the owners did not care about the client. The room is small-l there are two of you and 1 chair. No side table at the bed, no underblanket between sheet and mattress. Wifi that was variable.

        Buena localización, a pocos minutos andando de las paradasd e Bayswater y Queensway. Cambio diario de toallas. Cama muy buena. Limpieza de la habitación diaria y aspecto limpio, excepto por la colcha de la cama, que tenía manchas y empeoraba la sensación de limpieza. Reforma reciente. Correcta relación calidad precio. Suficiente para pasar unos días de turismo por Londres.

        Posizione molto comoda per la visita della città.

        Ero con mia figlia di 10 anni e ci e' stata data la camera D sotto il livello del marciapiede . Pulizia INADEGUATA e regolazione doccia NON FUNZIONANTE. Il breakfast era pessimo.

        Al llegar (después de haber reservado con más de tres meses de antelación), nos comentaron que no tenían habitación disponible y nos dijeron de otro hotel "similar" cerca de allí. El hotel "similar" era un apartahotel y un bajo... Es decir, un desastre. Finalmente decidimos irnos a un Hilton cercano. Muy mala experiencia.

        Hotel correctement situé (5mn à pied du métro Bayswater), et calme. Pratique uniquement pour dormir, mais pas pour séjourner et profiter de l'hotel quelconque, sans charme et avec des chambres minuscules.

        Le ménage était tres peu sinon pas fait du tout... Un sachet de café renversé par terre par mégarde un matin, toujours la le soir ! La salle de bain est plus que minuscule, limite impraticable. Chambres vraiment petites... je trouve que les photos sur votre site étaient très trompeuses, et laissaient paraitre une qualité de chambre que je n'ai pas retrouvé dans cet hotel.

        The room was so small, that there was not even space for the bed. One person had to climb over the other to get on and off the bed. The bathroom is so small you have to keep the dorr open if you want to move.

        Terrible. Las sábanas estaban sucias, la cama mal hecha y sobre todo, estaba pegada a la ventana sin ningún tipo de aislante o calefacción en la zona. Una de las noches que peor he dormido de mi vida y eso que dormí con forro polar, bufanda y gorro. Dios mío que corriente de aire frío. Francamente vergonzoso. Menos mal que fue sólo un día pero no volvería ni aunque me pagaran.
