  I really wasn't prepared for how loud it would be! Both in the. Casino itself within the hotel, which had relentless music you couldn't hear yourself talk over, and the noise from the street outside which literally made your room shake until 3 am most nights. No problem if your are out partying anyway though!

  El personal del hotel es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o problema. Preguntamos por una dirección y hasta nos sacaron impreso el mapa de cómo llegar hasta allí. Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitación y nos dieron 20$ para gastar en la cafetería en el desayuno.

  Pusimos el cartel de "no molestar" durante la noche y dejamos la habitación algo después de las 12 de la mañana. Cuando volvimos por la noche, no habían limpiado ni cambiado las toallas. El hotel se encuentra en una calle del downtown muy frecuentada y con música por la noche. Desde la habitación se oía el jaleo de la calle. Tuvimos que dormir con tapones en los oídos.

  we were offered an upgrade to a 'quiet room'. we could not even converse over the loudness of the climate control system, we could hear everything being said/done in each room on either side of us, and anyone traversing the hallway. we do not fee that we received a good value for our money. this will the only time we ever stay at the D. my travel companion & myself visit Las Vegas anywhere from 3-6 times per year, for both business & personal time. as Travel consultants, neither of us will be recommending the D to our prospective clients.

  I'm still waiting for my refund not happy at all they checked me out a day early then they took more money off me and charged me resort fees so I'm still waitng for refund
