  Very.very negative!!!!: I had delayed luggage from the airport, it has arrived arrived 3 days later. It was sent from the American Airlines to the Hotel with a certification: that is has arrived and was delayed. A man standing usually at the entrance, named Oscar throwed the dokument away. I asked the hotel maneger next day: 02 February, to give me a certification (only one sentence): when was the luggage arrived. She did not do it. That's why I will not get from my insurance compensation alltought I have a very high insurance and with this certification there were no promlem with the compensation. I find it scandalous!!!   We arrived late Saturday night. The lobby bar had been turned into a night club so the music was so loud we couldn't hear the staff at check-in. The sad irony is that the bar was basically empty. there were less than a dozen people there, and the style of bar does not lend itself to a night club. It's a lounge-style lobby bar. It was a bad start after a long day of flying.

  I check in on Saturday at 4:00 PM and the young lady that check us in was very friendly, professional and accomodating. I don't recall her name but we are very appreciative of her efforts. Congratulations on your staff and facility.

  Hope the homeless situation there can be reduced.

  We were given two coconuts by a local and when we asked the hotel clerk if the chef would cut them open so we could have raw coconut water, both the clerk and the chef were quick to oblige. Having the lagoon beach access at the hotel was convenient. Appreciate the pools being open 24/7.

  Negative review

  The shower didn't have a seal on the hinge side of the door, so significant water would get out on to the floor and mat towel, which would have to be wrung out every time. Didn't always stock the bathroom with enough towels, sometimes only one big one. Hot tubs could have been hotter, but maybe they are cooler so people can stay in there longer.

  Old San Juan, a park, some beaches and restaurants were all within walking distance.
