The reception staff were polite, when the radio was turned down enough so that you could hear one another!

The room was nothing like the one shown in the pictures on the net, the "kitchen area" was a fridge and a microwave dumped in the corner of the room ontop of each other and the microwave was filthy. There was a sock inside the lampshade above the single bed. A stale smell in the room and an awful smell in the bathroom from the drains. The bath had pubic hair inside. Cigarette burn on my sheet ( I was under the impression that it was a non smoking hotel?) the £70 price was astronomical for the quality of the hotel, you would receive a better experience from a £40 per night Ibis! All in all a bad experience and I would never stay there again!
