  The hotel staff were friendly and excellent. I was actually upgraded to the delux room upon arrival due to my length of stay being around 3 weeks. They also provided a free mobile phone for use in HK to make free HK calls and internet. I actually didn't need to use it as my UK provider already offered free unlimited internet and calls in HK. This would be great for others though. The room was spacious, clean and housekeeping came every day to re-fill water, towels etc. Reception were always helpful and happy along with all other staff I encountered. Check-in was fast and efficient and so was check-out time. I didn't use the hotel restaurant during my stay as MongKok has an endless supply of food everywhere and I often met with friends for dinner. The hotel is very convenient and equal distances to Mongkok MTR and Mongkok east MTR meaning the west rail line was just as accessible as the central line. I have no issues and would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and secure with people needing to use their hotel room Key to access the lifts. And my room also had a good sized safe to keep my belongings, mini fridge,slippers,toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer..all included in the price!!!
