        pool opening times and towels, 3 mornings pool was not open at 7 as indicated in hotel information and no towels were available, which was a shame. breakfast was great but we found the other meals over priced and not so great. aside from this we found our stay to be most enjoyable and would stay there again if we got another good deal.

        I really have no positive review as i have stayed in many tropical destination hotels/resorts and have found this one to be far below expectation.

        Negative review

        * Hotel only have in mind the all inclusive customers in mind and is not well for bed and breakfast in future you shoukd only sell rooms as all inclusive only. * Quality of food is below average and not hygenic as is not insect proof as we found many in the food buffet and especially salads had spiders in it. * As i mentioned is catered only for all inclusive as food buffet is a joke no variety. Especially seafood bbq the only this you bbq is a skewer with 3 seafood items this is not a seafood bbq. * Staff professionalism is low imagine your waitress has pulled her colleague to come see another guest wardrobe and pointed at her behind infront of another guest. What a sense of individuality now how can we the staff to respect guests and not believe that they will talk about us behind our back. * What is the point of having a beach front hotel and no beach service. If a guest wishes to eat or drink he must go to the pool bar or the lobby restaurant to get his own dish and drink and carry to the beach. * No food served at the pool bar however you can smoke, carry your glass in the pool. If you worried about dirtying the pool have a pool staff periodically clean the pool with a net. Not all ppl are sloppy. * Ping pong table is broken yet you display it. Soccer ball is a disgrace yet you give to guest to play with. * Your bed/sofa in the lobby and at the pool are very dirty yet you do not clean and ask guest to relax on it. * Staf must be taught about the ethics of customer service it does not stop at smiling. I have stayed in the melia chain before and i am sorry to say this hotel must not be considered as a melia brand. This comment will also be posted on other websites thank you
