  Children allowed to swim in the pool with the pool bar. Jumping off of the stools. They have their own pool for kids I can’t understns why this pool isn’t made adults only as it’s not great to get pool water on your food and in your drink from children splashing about. I saw one kid drop their entire chocolate milkshake into the pool. House keeping didn’t show up all day, even though we’d been out of the room and by the pool. We then went out at 5pm for dinner and asked the reception to send housekeeping to make up our room and provide new towels as we were heading out. They said it would be done. We came back to the room at 11pm to find no change. Not even a turn down service had been round. I then called housekeeping and they said they would sent someone immediately, 30 mins goes by and I want to go to bed so I walked to reception to complain about this. They then finally sent someone. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. Not enough staff serving tea or coffee. They ask you what you would like when you first sit down and you’re lucky to receive the tea just before you’ve finished eating. One morning the tea and coffee served to us was cold. I suspect this was because it had been made earlier and by the time they’d delivered it to us it was cold. I did provide feedback about all of these things to the duty manager on shift. He thanked me for the feedback. Whether they look to change anything, I don’t know.

  Excellent hôtel. Accueil irréprochable, personnel serviable et toujours souriant. Très belle infrastructure. Belle plage sauf 3 derniers jours la mer avait reculé. Déjeuner exceptionnel. Housekeeping au top. A conseiller. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel de standing
