Nothing positive to write about this location, in fact if it was possible to score zero's I would. The title of the review if this site would allow it would be "So NO - So Awful".

Booked this hotel on the 7 October for New Years Eve. Arrived at 15:30 hours on the 31 December to be told three rooms are under maintenance and the have 'relocated' us two minutes up the road to their quiet sister hotel. In fact they had relocated us to their hotel 25 MINUTE drive away! The hotel was called 'So Quartier Luxury Apartments'. These 'luxury' apartments are above a Tesco store. The room smelt awful, dirty is being polite, damaged and unfit for human living. Our whole NY was ruined as we were no where near where we needed to be, had to pay out extra costs to get anywhere. When we did get back the only place to sleep was in the tall chairs at the table which were not ideal, the beds where to heavily stained to get in. I have contacted the company, strangely enough they haven't bothered to contact me yet. This is the worse hotel I ave ever set foot in.

Overbooked and lied about it. Neither the hotel or Hotelopia have responded to my formal complaint. Stay away and book elsewhere!

Habitación muy nueva y hotel bien comunicado sin estar en el centro. Barrio tranquilo con comercios variados.

Habitación con ventana no alcanzable (problema de ventilación) y buhardilla sin persiana (problema de mucha luz muy temprano)

Wasn't value for money at all, had to pay extra for breakfast which wasn't very nice. (Partner left most of it as he couldn't eat it) it's not worth £10.99! check out time was 11am! Felt I had to rush about bed was two singles pushed together.

Hotel muy acogedor, prácticamente nuevo. Buena comunicación con el centro de Londres. En el barrio hay muchos supermercados y pequeños restaurantes. La habitación del hotel dispone de una pequeña cocina con frigorífico, microondas, tostador, tetera y útiles de cocina por lo que perfectamente se puede desayunar o preparar una comida rápida.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (U-Bahn Station nur 5 Minuten entfernt), auch Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Empfangsbereich sehr einfach und kühl, aber zweckmäßig. Die Zimmer scheinen neu renoviert- einfach, aber praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr schön und die Dusche einfach klasse ;-) Auch die kleine Küchenzeile im Flur war sehr praktisch.

Wir hatten ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer gebucht. Bei dem dritten Bett handelte es sich um eine ausziehbare Couch, die sehr gequietscht hat.....das ist das einzige, was man hier bemängeln könnte!

kamer keurig, alles was nieuw en zag er keurig uit. Prima douche. Broodrooster, koelkast, waterkoker en combimagnetron. Heel fijn.

Personeel weinig gezien. Kamer boven erg gehorig. Lopen op de gang, deuren sluiten en praten is wel erg gehorig. Gordijn in de kamer was stuk.
