        I have stayed here a few times, and it's been just OK. Rooms not that clean, and staff a bit rude, but great location! But the last time, I had a CONFIRMED reservation with acknowledgement from the hotel, and when I came at 3:00pm, they told me they had no room and they were overbooked. They wanted to put me down at the end of the soi at their dirty sister property, the Royal Asia. How can you rely on a hotel that doesn't honor a confirmed reservation, at 3:00pm nonetheless!! I spoke to the manager over the phone and he basically said too bad! Really unprofessional.
