Nice and quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the tube. Very friendly staff who did their best when ever we needed help.

Wi Fi was a mess most of the time. "English" breakfast was HALAL!!! No bacon and really boring sausages. Impossible to open window for fresh air. Pillows were thick and hard as rock...

Excelente ubicacion, excelente trato de personal muy capacitado, habitaciones chiquitas pero muy comodas, calientitas. Muy recomendable para un viaje donde se va de turista y solo utiliza el hotel para dormir, super cerca del subterraneo y la ubicacion segura.

My friend got a room in the basement that shuld be closed. We never come back if we got a room like that. We was able to change the room after some days and that was better.

Habitaciones diminutas y muy antigüas, suelo desnivelado y mucha calor ( fuimos en diciembre y dormíamos con la ventana abierta). Baño muy pequeño. Desayuno continental: Bollería (2 tipos), cereales, fruta y huevos duros (muy muy escaso). Se escucha todo, portazos, conversaciones de otras habitaciones, pisadas, etc.. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Ah, ningún recepcionista, ni personal de hotel habla español.

Facilities were basic especially in relation to the room rate, which was discounted to over £150 per night. This seems expensive in relation to the quality of the room. The room itself was small with little space between the end of each bed and the wall. The wash hand basin in bathroom was cracked. Two sockets only for the room (a family room) which made it difficult to recharge the electronic gadgets most families travel with now as standard. We had to unplug the only table lamp in the room to recharge both of our mobile phones at once.

for the price we pad the hotel was excellent we would and will book again. the staff were great and very friendly not too far from bayswater tube station and only a ten min walk from hyde park.

the only thing we found wrong with the room was that there was no cold running water the cold tap was as hot as the hot water tap even the shower was to hot to use we were glad in a we were only there one night. but when telling the staff at check out there were very sorry and were sorting it out.

There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness of this hotel, apart from the fact that the toilet didn't flush properly at all and the bathroom smelt of sewage a little bit.

- The Room size was to small (Even for London) - My boyfriend (6ft6) didn't even fit in the bed, We spoke to another couple staying there and they had exactly the same problem. The beds are not double, they are 1 1/2 (which isn't what we paid for, and we should have been aware of this). - The customer service was the worse I have ever encountered. Rude from the start and on arrival there was someone at the reception and we we're offered a seat after one of the members of staff kicked (loudly) everything out of the . - After paying extra for 'English breakfast' the staff in the kitchen and reception told me I hadn't paid for it and we had to have Continental breakfast. Luckily I had my paperwork with me otherwise that money would have been wasted. - We had the worst nights sleep ever due to the noise of door rooms slamming all night. - The shower was either hot OR cold, not happy medium. (Once again, after speaking to another couple this wasn't just a problem for us but for them aswell). - The 'luggage' room was an old toilet room. Overall we we're really disappointed with our stay, mainly due to the very poor customer service we recieved. If we had been at least welcomed with a smile and a bit of courtesy we would have probably over looked some of the above. But instead we felt unwelcome and an inconvieniece to the staff rather than a customer from the start. A smile and a welcoming greet goes a long .
