  Am sure the only reason this hotel is not a 5 stars bit 4 stars is because is in Johannesburg town..Breakfast was excebtional good. The staff exceptionally helpful. When i got to my room on the 8th floor my key couldnt open the door..the floor clear saw this and opened the room with her card and she called reception to bring me a new card..the poor child ran up the stairs from the 3th flloor to the 8th floor just to bring me a new key.

  Nothing.. except on cheaking out i forgot the reception was on tbe 3th floor and the reception on the ground floor refused to take the ley..so i had to go back up to the 3th floor

  This is not necessarily negative, but something that needs to be worked on. The parking is arkward, very narrow passage that doesn't give enough room to move your car around to avoid scratching others
