Positive review
Great service for check in - free sweets! Room was quite small but more than adequate Spotlessly clean Hairdryer and Iron and board in room Great location - 15 minute walk to Euston and 3 minutes to TCR tube station. Great breakfast - good quality and plenty of choice.
Negative review
Gym is small - two treadmills, free weights, bike, cross-trainer and rower. Luckily it was quiet when I went, but it is open 24/7.

Positive review
Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities.
Negative review
Poor quality cooked breakfast, staff unable to cook to orders. Poor quality bedding (holes in sheets) very hard bed and was unable to sleep properly. Room lighting inadequate. No drawer space. Staff being corrected by senior staff in front of guests (should be behind closed doors) staff handling glasses after being polished behind the bar, these should be set on trays and carried not carried by there stems and rims (staff safety and cleanliness issue)

General review
I was disappointed that upon arriving at the hotel at 3.30pm our room was not ready and we had to wait futher 45minutes - this then caused us to be late for our evening arrangements
Positive review
A great hotel in a central location. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. It was my husband’s birthday and we were given a room upgrade. In the room there was a birthday card, bottle of prosecco and a birthday cake. All lovely touches and very much appreciated.
Negative review
It was very busy at breakfast and they could have done with more waiting staff.
