Comfortable room, always re-stocked with tea and coffee making facilities and fresh towels each day so what you'd expect for the money comfortable beds always made up on return, breakfast was satisfactory not a huge choice but plenty to eat just make sure you are early as space is limited.

Shower was good but only seemed to be hot water at night, either tepid or very cold in the morning and toilet was backing up for some reason. Noise easily carried through the walls so if you are a light sleeper you may want to think about ear plugs, TV worked picture was fine but no sound from the speakers.

the linen was sub standard,the bed and covers were dirty and in a distressed state ,the t.v was in a bad the picture was discoloured and looked both a electrical and safety hazard ,the staff were pleasant but the room was shockingl y bad

Front desk staff were generally pleasant and helpful.

Dining room is too small. We had to wait for tables to become free for our breakfast each day.

Les chambres sont très petites. Nous avions réservé une chambre à 4 lits, nous avons reçu deux chambres avec un grand lit (on ne dort pas forcément avec n'importe qui dans le même lit !). Le couvre-lit était sale, avait de grosses taches; il a fallu deux jours pour obtenir un changement. La douche n'avait qu'un petit filet d'eau sans pression, et dans une des chambres il n'y avait que de l'eau bouillante, c'était impossible de se doucher. Le personnel au déjeuner était de mauvaise humeur tous les matins. Mais l'hôtel est très bien situé, et si on ne fait que d'y dormir, ça va très bien !
