        clean bedding, central position near to tube and places to eat, warm room, decent pillows

        Negative review

        dirty hallway, appalling customer service, broken window that also let in lots of street noise, disgusting smelly bathroom that resembled a caravan bathroom (including needing to stand in the shower to wash hands in the sink), lumpy bed
