  Très bel hôtel situé le centre historique de Bruxelles. A deux pas du centre ville et de toutes les commodités. Personnel chaleureux et très professionnel. Chambre entièrement rénovée et d'une propreté exemplaire. Petit déjeuner au niveau de prestation de l'hôtel avec un choix suffisant de mets à disposition.

  We booked for a superior room but we were given an standard room with no air condition. Air condition didn't work and when we mentioned that was when we realised that the room wasn't even the room we booked and we had to wait for a good 30 min before we could moved. Receptionist very rude lady and very unhelpful. We booked the hotel for one day but half of our stay we had to spend with different people to sort our room out. We wouldn't go there again. We were shocked about the service we were given and definitely not from a 5* hotel

  Die Zimmer und Betten waren einwandfrei, sauber und alles in allem 5 Sterne würdig. Natürlich ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen, das spielt aber für den Wohlfühlcharakter keine Rolle.

  Negative review

  Am Frühstücksbüffet sind nur die gekochten Eier keine 6,5 Minuten und das Rührei war zu flüssig, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

  Beeindruckender Bau an bester Lage im Zentrum

  Irgendwie ist der Bau doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und obwohl Badezimmer renoviert wurden (in den 90ern) könnte das ganze wieder einmal ein bisschen aufgemöbelt werden. Ein Balkon oder zumindest eine grosse Dachterrasse wäre toll. Kein Spa / Fitness
