  Although the Luxor isn’t the newest of the Las Vegas hotels. We were surprised how clean and tidy it was. It is a hotel that is looked after well with beautiful shiny marble flooring and amazing public areas. The rooms are also large and clean.

  I loved the Attention and Help that the Staff gave knowing that it was My first time in Vegas and that it was also my honeymoon. I really loved the King bedroom in the East tower that I stayed at and appreciate the Help I was provided over the phone when I asked for a soaking bath with a Separate shower. It showed me that you really care about your guests staying at the Hotel. The Free buffet was excellent, and I was super happy that you had a Honeymoon special that gave my Husband and me a Free drink. The lighting was excellent as well and the decorations were amazing! Thank you so much for everything you guys did for me on my first trip to Vegas!

  I was a little disappointed with the Buffet's selection of Gluten free options and Gluten Free desserts. My Husband has a severe Gluten allergy and he wasn't able to really eat very much while we were there. I loved the desserts, don't get me wrong, but I do wish he was able to have some as well. There were no cookie options for Gluten free, and hardly any food options as well. If there could be a Section for that at a few of the food stations, that would be amazing. Wouldn't want him to have to go to the Hospital on our next stay. I was also a little bummed out that only half of the Pool sections were available. I do wish the entire pool was up and running, but I do understand that the water for those may have a certain time when they are able to be on, versus when they can't be, so I'm not too upset about that. Besides that, I have no other negative reviews, the Hotel was really amazing!

  Very Long time To check in , over half an hour ! Room very very far away from Lift and reception good 15 minute walk to get out .

  Keine Kaffee- und Tee Zubereitung möglich im Zimmer. Jeden Tag vom 19. Stockwerk runter zu Starbucks und Warteschlangen ohne Ende um an Kaffee zu kommen. Schrecklich. Auch das Deo das im Luxor versprüht wird is schrecklich. Wir haben das Hotel 2 Tage früher verlassen obwohl das Hotel vorab bezahlt wurde.

  Wir mussten leider bei später Ankunft im Ht. Luxor lange auf die Bettwäsche für das 3.Bett warten, das leider nicht vorbereitet war - war mit Kind nicht sehr angenehm nach dem Langstreckenflug!!!

  Aircon didn't turn off we both got sick, no wifi in the rooms is annoying. Were woken up at 9:30am to tell us we were checking out that day. We obviously already knew this and check out wasn't until 11am. I left my phone charger and tried to ask the maids. Not one spoke English.

  La wifi en la habitación no funciona muy bien, pero es buena en las zonas comunes del hotel.
