        Positive review

        Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in the Bar. We eat lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel the food was excellent. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice and freshly cooked to order.

        Clean and tidy room. Good breakfast.

        Negative review

        Difficult to check in with reception at the bar. Miserable staff. No personal touch. Paid for superior room but only thing superior was a York wall view. Too expensive for facilities/room
