        General review

        The price from Hotelopia is a fair one, seen the lower level of this Intercontinental property. Thanks for offering this wonderful price and it did made the stay a fair one.

        The food and service in the restaurants was beyond expectations. Nice pool aeria.

        The hotelrooms (especially oneven numbers) are far beyond expectations. As a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel you can not offer bathrooms and furnishings from 20 years ago. Too small, too old and absolutely not matching with the Interconinental standards. I think thats a thought we both can agree to? Unfortunately the check in procedure went far from smoothh. We arrived early and I do understand we have to wait fo quiet a while but none of the staff members showed anticipation. Finally on my request, they started calling housekeeping if there where any rooms available. "It's not the guest that should take these innitiatives" Are these front desk people aware that they can make or brake the hotel? (seen through customers eyes?)
