  First problem, in which I didn't catch until I came back to my room hours later, that my door didn't lock. The door would open without the card key. I complained to the staff and they fixed it. Never ever should've happened. Second strange and very annoying problem was, someone would ring your doorbell to alert you that they dropped off the local newspaper at your door early in the morning! First day was 6:30 in the morning! I complained to the front desk that I didn't need a news paper and that they had rung my doorbell at 630. Next morning it happened again at 730! Complained again and then it stopped. The whole stupid thing about this was, I had the don't disturb sign on the door! Third annoyance was there was no outlet near the bed to charge phone? Very ghetto! I expect that at much cheaper hotels. Fourth thing was, normally when you bring a girl guest, when she leaves and gets her ID from the front desk, the front desk usually gives you a courtesy call to your room to see if everything is OK? I never had a courtesy call? Not once.

  The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Restaurant had a good variety that kept all our family members happy. Location near the BTS was good too. We'd highly recommend Hotel Icon.

  The air-conditioning unit in our room was too noisy to have on while we slept making the room stuffy when we woke. This wasn't a huge issue. We'd still choose to stay there again.

  Tres bien situé, avec tuktuk de l'hôtel (gratuit) juste devant pour aller a la station la plus proche, ou taxi juste devant. Centre commercial Ploenchit Center juste à coté, et personnel hyper sympathique.

  Bad smell in our room. Not enough water pressure for shower. Not enough hot water for shower even in midnight. Pool is small.

  Just one thing i asked the staff to book a taxi to airport for me and he quoted me 500baht... It only took me 300baht when i came... Otherthan that the stay was excellent!

  Personnel très gentil et au petit soin , on avait le vol retour de nuit , ils nous on garder les bagages , et on a pu prendre une douche avant de partir . Les chambres sont propres , le petit dej' est correcte sans plus , l'hôtel est bien situé à 5 min du BTS et à 2 station du quartier silom

  sehr freundliches Personal, saubere große Zimmer, gutes WLAN, gute Lage zur BTS 5 Minuten fussläufig, TukTuk Service zur Sukhumvit Road, Duschen nach Checkout möglich, sauberer Pool, gemütliche Rooftop Bar

  Frühstück nur mittelmäßig, Rührei viel zu flüssig, kein gescheites Brot (selbst das Toast war nicht gut), keine Kaffeeauswahl
