        Hotel facilities are good, everything you need is there. Room facilities are ok for the money you paid. The location of the hotel is about a few minutes walk from Sheung Wan MTR, away from the noise. Tram is right outside of the hotel which will take you anywhere in HK. There are restaurants and food stalls close by, Famous Sheung Wan food market is just round the corner. For the price you paid, the hotel is very value for money. One thing I need to mention is that on next day after arrival. I forgot and left the room safe unlocked and the safe door ajar when I went out before the cleaner tidy up the room. I got a fright of my life when I came back and realized what I did. The content which included travel documents, cash and credit cards, was untouched. Really appreciated their honesty.

        The lifts are confusing, some of them only go down to check in area but not the ground floor. You need to swipe your room card to activate the lift to go up to your room but other guests can over-ride and cancel your request if they come in and swipe the card after you. The extraction fan in the room is on 24/7 which it is noisy when you try to sleep. There are not enough staff to cope with the flow of guests, hence you need to wait a while for the service. It is busy all the time but, they can do with 'service with a smile'. '
