  Dinning Room could not accommodate all guests for breakfast on the Sunday morning resulting in a 15/20 min wait. The the situation was managed gave us noo confidence that guest would be fed in the order they arrived. Restaurant Manager was rude and the reception staff did not ask if we enjoyed our stay.

  I was greeted at reception by a friendly and helpful young lady who gave good information and asked if there was anything I needed. The room was perfect as a single room. Whilst small it had a double bed, was clean and comfortable and I was more than happy with the price which included breakfast. The bed was very comfortable with superb soft pillows. I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was excellent.

  It was nice and easy to check in, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, I would have liked to tryed the swimming pool but didn't get chance.

  The tuning of the TV was pretty bad and there was no to retune it. If it hadn't been for the fact that I wasn't in the room for that long (i.e. 1 night) and I had a laptop with a couple of film on it that I wanted to watch so it was not really an inconvienience but it could have been.

  Information on the suburbs

  Lots in the town centre (Cinema, resturants, etc.). Showcase cinema about 15 mins away (in Winerish I think, easy to find) if you don't want to go into town, there is a Toby Carvery about 5-10 mins away if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

  Stain on sheet - looked like a scorch mark? Reception - Receptionist sitting down with her back to me, when I said excuese me she replied Yeh! Breakfast Sunday Morning - Got toast and Hot Quosant, wen't to self service bar where they had run out of eggs, beans, hash browns, bacon and plates after 8 mins we managed to get a full breakfast. Went back to our table only to find it had been cleared, asked waiter for another quasont, he gave me one that was straight from the chiller! gave up on toast!!!! Reported this to Supervisor who was as much use as the Quasont, reported to reception where I was offered a free cup of coffee!!! when I asked for a complaint form I was given a piece of headed paper and asked to use that..

  Information on the suburbs

  We went to Windsor and Reading town centre.
