Remodeling was undergone. Bad area with prostitutes in front of hotel. Loud and unpleasant environment directly in front of hotel.

We visited 3 times during our holiday in Thailand...we travelled between visits and it was great that the hotel looked after our luggage while we travelled...and free of charge..everything about hotel was top quality

-Absolut sauberes, neu renoviertes Hotel in bester Lage zur Skytrainstation Nana in der Sukhumvit Soi 11 -Sehr freundliches Personal -Hübsche, moderne Möblierung der Zimmer -Leckeres, ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet, auch Thai-Gerichte zum Frühstück -Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag war problemlos möglich

-Pool in der 7. Etage eher klein und von geringer Tiefe (0,90 - 1,20m), nur wenig Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten -starker Abwasser- bzw. Kanalisationsgeruch im Badezimmer, leider auch nach Zimmerwechsel, scheint ein generelles Problem der Zimmer in dem zum Hotel gehörigen Nebengebäude zu sein... schade, denn ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Hotel zum guten Preis

Concierge was very helpful and went out of his way to assist at short notice, alleviating a lot of stress. Free upgrade was unexpected but most welcome. Most of the staff were very helpful and professional. Checking in & out process was very quick

Breakfast at the hotel was on of the worst I have tried with all the pre-cooked "hot" food cold on two mornings, didn't bother back on the last morning. Room was not made up during the day because the cleaners thought we were checking out (returned to our unmade room at 3.30pm). We were due to check out the following day. Once mistake was realised, the attempts to make amends were very good.
