        Staff at reception are professional, polite, patient and extremely helpful. Other staff such as cleaners and Bell Boys are friendly, extremely polite and do a great job (Very nice people). IT Person I think is "Kay" very nice and helpful.

        We go to Thailand to taste the flavours of Thailand, the beautiful people, the food and the atmosphere, NOT BURGER KING! Very disappointed but OK if you can't cope without eating away from home. Seriously you can't do without Burger King in Thailand, WOW. Must be what the majority of customers want, very sad. To each his own! Oh, also that annoying, rude, selfish, inconsiderate nationality that think they are better than others. You see them in the foyer, elevators and shops. You hear them being rude and abrupt to shop owners, reception staff and cleaners. They have a million kids in one family and have total disrespect for others and it shows in their behaviour and manner. Can't say no to bookings I know. That's business for you! Oh well, we'll be back ASAP :-) Thank you!
