  they said they would charge us a resort fee and didn't. Then tried to charge us for internet $20 each a day. We only used it as we were told it was included as we had 4g access. This was refunded. However first night we got a call at 7 am say we had ordered bath gel which we hadn't. Finally our room wasn't turned down on the last night and when we told the girl at reception she didn't care too much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but expected more professionalism in the housekeeping department. As you do pay for the 5 star experience.

  Rooms are GREAT. Staff were excellent. Casino floor classy with a lack of noise from machines - great. Breakfast buffet the best ever.

  Fantastic hotel, huge comfortable rooms that are extremely clean. Casino part of hotel isn't as busy as others on the strip, but in my opinion that's no bad thing! Free wi-fi in the casino area, if you want it in your room it's $17.99 a day or the resort fee of $32 a day includes wi-if and access to the spa etc... Again I didn't mind it not being in the room as you don't spend a whole lot of time there. Really can't fault this hotel, will stay there again if I'm back in Vegas!

  El único fallo que, en mi opinión, tiene este hotel es que si quieres tener internet en la habitación hay que pagar 15$ diarios extra. Si no, la otra opción es bajar a las zonas comunes donde si hay wifi gratis.

  resort credit was very good touch, nice that the casino isnt too big and it doesnt take you ages to get to your room. Ideally localted away from the hustle and bustle.

  The Encore was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. It is a priced location to stay on the Las Vegas strip but absolutely worth it. The staff are in abundance and all are so professional and welcoming. The room (considered to be the basic option) was wonderful, beautiful decor, everything was immaculate and more than enough space for us and all of our belongings. On the whole, the Encore is worth every penny of the extra cost and if you can bag a great deal like we did with resort credit you can consider your drinks by the pool on the house!

  Towards the end of the strip so quite a distance to walk to get to the main drag. Don,t pick a strip view if you want to get any sleep, the clubs are on that side and are pumping out loud music until 0430 in the morning

  Nice rooms and location. The buffet at the Wayne is very good, but you don't have to be at the hotel for that.

  I don't know how an hotel can be rated 5 star hotel with no coffee machine or kettle at the room . I asked for a kettle and the answer was that they do not provide kettles nor coffee machine. Just before i left i asked for the duty manager and told him that. His answer was " we do have..." no apology just a stupid smile on his face. At the coffee shop you will get a low level coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for 15$ on a plastic plate. I believe that room service is the same.
