  Kundenwünsche nicht erfüllt, stellenweise unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, unmittelbar neben dem Hotel Baustellen auf der rechten und linken Seite - Lärmbelästigung, undichte Fenster - alles voller Wasser bei Regen, Informationen der Umgebung vom Concierge Lückenhaft, Fön halb kaputt, selektive Auswahl an Handtücher nach Reinigung. Preis-Leistung keineswegs gerechtfertigt.

  Staff very helpful, room clean and hotel as expected for a Hilton. Well positioned for downtown Nassau.

  Building under renovation/construction outside bedroom window from 7am so extremely noisy. Only booked for two nights and compensation of a free breakfast was given for the 2nd morning after a conversation with customer service which was appreciated but I wouldn't have happy to put up with the noise for a longer stay. I think guests should be pre-warned about the disruption in that part of the hotel to choose whether to stay and be given a discounted rate from the outset if they do.

  Subject: Re: Write a review about your stay at - - Hotel British Colonial Hilton Hi,  i wrote you guys concerning a full refund of my payment because we were not able to stay at the Hilton because they were experiencing some problems,  there was no air conditioning,  no running water and the phone was not working so we had to stay at Atlantis Resort instead. I try calling the numbers that are posted on your website and i also try cancel the booking online but nothing seems to work. I need my money back

  If I could put less than one star for the staff professionalism i would. Especially the duty Manager Kara Armbrister who blamed us for not booking correctly, when it was clear we had booked two rooms for 6 adults and openly said to us that it was fine that two of our friends would have to sleep on the floor- which they did! Eventually we got two fold away beds, but she made no attempt to even be nice to us, or even try to figure out the situation. It was funny as at the same time we were arguing with her about our booking, another guest was also having arguments about their stuffed up sleeping arrangements, which during that time highlighted that she also lied to us about the availability of double rooms! I will never ever stay at a Hilton again because of this. Not to also say I will never book through Hotelopia either, as i called their emergency hotline and they did noting to resolve the situation, including once not calling me back and the second time I called putting me through to a department that range out as they were closed. Their are too many hotels and websites around for this type of customer service to be tolerated.

  Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche dort und es war einfach nur traumhaft!! Der Privatstrand ist wunderschön und das Wasser kristallklar. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend und das 24 Stunden am Tag! Wahrscheinlich das netteste Hotel, das wir je besucht haben. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Preise sind relativ hoch, jedoch bekommt man auch top Qualität für sein Geld. Wir werden defintiv wiederkommen und würden es jedem empfehlen, der vor hat auf die Bahamas zu reisen.
