  Hotel is located in the good location of Karon, can walk to Karon Beach by cross the road (around 5 mins walking) Breakfast has a lot of choices including local food. Decoration of hotel is good, room is big, bathroom is big, have both shower and bath tub.

  Pillow sheet got some smell, we have to ask housekeeping to replace the new one. Chinese front desk is not professional, I call to ask if they have bubble bath, she said it's just put on above the bath tub which is not bubble bath, it's just a shower gel!!!. I also request for late check out, she just simple say cannot because there will be another check in with the same room type and offer me to leave my luggage after check out!!!! However, finally Assistant Front office manager came to solve the problem and allow me for late check out. In my opinion, this hotel is just 4 stars hotel, not 5 star.
