  Well priced, close proximity to public transport. Clean and very helpful staff. Stayed in a room that hadnt been updated yet - but was fine and clean , though quite small. Had everything we needed as only used it as a base to discover London.

  Took 30 mins to find our reservation, to get shoved in a basement room that was barely big enough to fit the bed let alone space to move around or to out the travel cot up, speaking of which we had booked as 2 adults and a 1 year old and selected the room that appeared on our search, only to get there and find no cot, as we left for dinner I enquired and was told there would be 1 upon our return. This was not the case after asking 3 more times I was handed one in reception no sheets no blankets no nothing, I had to ask twice more for bedding after finally sorting this out and now having absolutely no space in the room we managed to get our now screaming infant to bed over an hour later than we wanted. The walls were paper thin tiles missing in the bathroom very dusty rooms. I would never stay here again.

  the rooms are very small, room picture on the web is completely misleading. I booked a double room for 2 people and this room was tiny, no place to move, claustrophobic, the bathroom was tiny. I asked to move rooms, they offered me a room on the -1 below the ground floor and told me this is the deluxe room. Hotel corridors carpet looks old and dirty. The room did not feel clean. Our entire experience was dreadful, we will not return to this hotel ever . We will never recommend it to anyone.

  Habitaciones muy muy, pero que muy justitas. Camas pequeñas, baños pequeños. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Ruido de las habitaciones contiguas ... No lo recomiendo.

  Rooms and corridors very small, hot and stuffy. TV reception almost non-existent if you wanted to watch TV. A more thorough check that facilities like the shower work before guests arrive is required.

  Al llegar la habitación no estaba preparada y tuvimos que pagar 5 libras para dejar las maletas en recepción. Nos dieron una habitación enana en el sotano, sin ventanas, con humedad y muy fria. Pedimos que nos cambiaran pero la que nos dieron después no era mucho mejor. La calefacción sólo funciona a primera hora de la mañana un rato. Los baños son muy antiguos y las camas muy pequeñas. La relación calidad-precio muy mala. No volveré a este hotel
