abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 6, la registrazione ha segnato 6 letti per la multiroom, quindi sbagliando. Supponendo fosse un errore del sito internet e quindi non dell'hotel alla richiesta di rimborso non abbiamo avuto risposta, alla richiesta di cambio stanza non abbiamo avuto risposta, dopo 8 email e dopo aver chiamato inutilmente il loro numero telefonico. credo che iniziare con una presa in giro non professionale non sia il massimo. non siamo neanche andati ad alloggiare ed abbiamo direttamente cercato un altra stanza in un altro hotel. non mi era mai capitato un posto più incompetente di questo

Good size room for budget hostel, clean, went with my ten year old. Room was warm.

Get what you pay for and as expectations go it met them. Budget stay in London - noisy at night, beds not too comfortable. Towels available to rent but no mats out of private room shower, which made floor slipy for little one. I used newspaper.

They did not advertise exactly how many beds there are in one room and with good reason, because, had known I would be put into a room with 20 strangers, I would have thought twice about this place and would have brought a lock with me for my luggage. In addition, this hotel is located in a noisy area where the traffic was easily heard all night long. Furthermore, fellow guests in the bedroom come and went throughout the night, turning on the lights and talking at various times of the night, and diminished my quality of sleep. All in all, I would not stay there again.

Todo lo demás. Sin wifi en las habitaciones, sin taquillas gratuitas (1 libra cada vez que quieras guardar tus cosas), sin ascensor funcionando, personal lento y no se entera de nada, habitaciones enanas, pocos baños y duchas para cada planta.

- Extrem laut durch anliegende Straße - Das Zimmer (4. OG) wurde nachts sehr heiß und stickig , was unangenehm zum schlafen war - Bis zu 15 min anstehen am Frühstücksbüffet (für etwas Toast) - Das WLAN war oft überlastet und funktionierte nicht - Teils sehr unangenehme Gerüche auf den Fluren

Despues de 28 dias la verdad que las instalaciones estan siempre limpias, tiene todo un buen ambiente agradable y acojedor y esta situado relativamente cerca de los puntos de interes de Londres y a 10 minutos de la estacion de Elephant & Castle.

Las camas son colchonetas de gimnasio, el wifi deja un poco que desear y solo en zonas comunes.

Hallo, Zimmer sehen ein bisschen heruntergekommen aus, war nicht ganz Sauber ( Spinnenweben an der Decke und teilweise Dreck auf dem Boden). Die Fenster sind schon älter, Kelte durchlässig und nicht ganz dicht. Wir hatten ein zwei Personen Zimmer mit Hochbett und eigenem Bad, es war vllt etwas größer als eine Gefängniszelle. Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wlan gibt es nur im Aufenthaltsraum. Für ein paar Nächte und nur zum übernachten ganz ok, jedoch könnte es eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Wir hatten drei Zimmer über den Anbieter Hotelopia gebucht, aber als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nur zwei Zimmer gebucht hätten. Nach einem Anruf beim Anbieter klärte sich aber alles auf und das Hostel stellte uns auch schnell unser drittes Zimmer bereit!

In einem der Zimmer fehlte ein Mülleimer. Erst nach zweimal nachfragen wurde ein Mülleimer ins Zimmer gebracht.
