On the outskirts of Alsager, the BEST WESTERN PLUS Manor House Hotel stays impressively true to its quaint farmhouse heritage. But as an imaginative conversion, it now features 57 ensuite bedrooms, the Ostler restaurant, a spacious oak beamed Stables Bar and Grill, indoor swimming pool, sauna and meeting/function rooms. As a base for touring the potteries and Cheshire, few hotels come close... and our reputation as a superb 'stop-over' is just as impressive. Business and leisure travelers will love our location, but everyone who stays here will benefit from charming public areas, fresh approach to customer service and welcoming atmosphere throughout. If you plan on dining with us during your stay we recommend booking a table prior to arrival as our restaurant is usually very busy.

The Holly Trees was aquired by Henry and Sarah in Nov 1997 since when an extensive refurbishment has been carried out. We are particularly proud of our bedroom accommodation. Naturally, all rooms are ensuite and have freeview television and free wi-fi internet access. The Holly Trees is a perfect size to ensure individual service, where guests enjoy a comfortable residents' lounge and a sociable licensed bar. The restaurant is attractive and has a reasonably priced menu to suit everyone. Although a rural setting we are a mere 3 minutes from M6 Junc 16, which is much appreciated by travellers, and have a spacious car park. We are quite easy to locate. Leave the M6 at Junc 16. Northbound travellers take the 2nd exit, southbound travellers take the 4th exit, off the roundabout, signposted 'Alsager, Barthomley'. Follow the road (B5078) all the way to the traffic lights on a 'T' junc, turn right and we are 100 yards on the left.
