The town of Kusadasi is located in the province of Aydin on the Turkish coast of the Aegean Sea.
The city, situated near Ephesus and not far from the Greek island of Samos, is a major summer destination, thanks to its excellent beaches and sports facilities. Among its main attractions is an old fort, dating from the 14th century, and a curious tower that has survived from Hellenistic times.
