The gastronomy is excellent and the favorite local dish is Fabada Asturiana, aahhh! delicious!. Also popular is the locally made chorizo spicey sausage, lacón (shoulder of pork) and beef dishes�

Uno de los pueblos desde el que se puede acceder a distintas zonas de este Parque Nacional es Arenas de Cabrales. No te pierdas la subida en Funicular desde Bulmes, los Lagos de Covadonga y el santuario o el Desfiladero del Cares. Además, si eres atrevido, hay varias empresas de turismo de aventura que ofrecen descensos en canoa, escalada, rutas a caballo, etc�
