Puebla is a Mexican state situated between the port of Veracruz and the capital of the Republic of Mexico. The region has undulating terrain with an abundance of ravines and mountain ranges. As regards the local cuisine, the traditional dish is nogada with chilli, which you can taste at los Sapos square, which is surrounded by pretty colonial houses, while you stroll around the antiques bazaars and handcrafts shops (Talavera ceramics).
