Sarawak è uno dei due Stati situati nell'isola del Borneo, in Malesia. Si trova nel nord-ovest dell'isola ed è lo Stato più grande del Paese. La sua capitale amministrativa è Kuching.
Tra le attrazioni principali della zona si possono elencare: il tempio di Tua Pek Kong, che è il tempio cinese più antico di Sarawak, inoltre sarà possibile visitare il Bazar principale (Main Bazaar) della città che risale al 1864, lì sarà possibile acquistare qualsiasi tipo di antichità e di oggetti di artigianato locale. Un altro monumento imponente della città è la moschea Kuching Divisional (Kuching Divisional Mosque), che è stata ultimata nel 1968 ma che è costruita sulla base di un'antica moschea del 1852.
Sarà possibile visitare inoltre la Torre rotonda (Round Tower), costruita nel 1886; il motivo della costruzione continua ad essere un mistero, ma a causa della sua struttura si crede che l'edificio sia stato creato per fungere da forte in caso di emergenza. Attualmente dal punto più alto della torre è possibile godere di splendide viste della città.
