Runaway Bay is a town in the Province of Saint Ann, on the north coast of Jamaica. It is an important tourist destination just a few kilometres away from Ocho Rios.
Runaway Bay is remarkable for its wide beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear waters. Runaway Bay is a place of some historical significance and much mysticism. Columbus was its first western visitor in 1494 when he sailed into Discovery Bay.
