all in all a very clean hotel, with good food and friendly staff.
The night porter didnt make us feel very welcome, and was quite rude. The lack of parking is a downside and the supposed reduced overnight stay at the adjacent NCP is only valid until 9.00am - thus the true cost of staying at the hotel was an additional £13 for the night.

Clean and friendly, room was nice and location was good for us.
Parking was an absolute rip off. It cost us £14 for one night. When we arrived we were told that we would get a discount for staying at the hotel (you have to park in a multi storey next to the hotel). This discount was £1. The Hotel did not make it clear that parking would cost this much. Also disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price.

The staff were busy when we arrived but it seamed to be with 1 large group who were taking up all of the staff and resulted in a wait of 15 min to check in. My only other comment would be avoid room 100 as the door to the car park was located next to this room and this door was continualy slammed as people came and went. Over all I has very happy with our stay.
The fron desk staff was friendly but the rooms were dirty!
