Renovated in 2010, the complex offers a total of 241 rooms spread over several 3-storey buildings. Guests may enjoy spending time in the souvenir shop, 3 bars, the auditorium, the main (buffet) restaurant as well as the two à la carte restaurants (all air-conditioned) serving up Italian and Mexican specialities. The car parking facilities may also be used. Guests may make use of the car rental service. For younger guests there is a kids' club available for 4-12 year olds (from 9:30 am to midday and from 3:30 pm until 6 pm). A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.

Sports enthusiasts may try out aerobics, diving (taster course in the pool) and table tennis (charges apply to some activities). A seasonal entertainment programme provides variation for guests and includes Latin American dancing. The nearest golf course is situated relatively close to the hotel.
Meal service description
Guests are offered buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner may also be taken à la carte and guests have the opportunity to book either a full-board or an all-inclusive stay.
