The property is set on approximately 400 square metres of beautiful tropical landscaped gardens. The finca offers 11 comfortable villas and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, wireless Internet access and a laundry service.

The comfortable villa-style accommodation units each have their own private pool and outdoor seating area. The comfortable living and dining areas and bedrooms of the villas look out onto the private pool, separated by glass sliding doors. Each modern style villa has been built with a few traditional elements. All of them are fully equipped with a telephone, satellite TV and DVD players, and wireless Internet access. The kitchens are designed with western modern conveniences. Each spacious King Suite bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning and an adjoining en suite bathroom with shower. An in-room safe and minibar also feature as standard.
