This villa offers a refreshing new concept of a private pool villa - meticulously planned to provide the highest standards of comfort and luxury with an excellent location, superb design, inspired interior furnishings, personal service and excellent hospitality. The 2-storey fincas were built in 2008 and include air conditioning, lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. A restaurant and car park can also be found at the resort and room and laundry services are available. Guests may hire bicycles on site.
Room description
Each villa has spacious, superbly appointed rooms and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 vanities. The interiors of this villa elevate it into the realm of top hotels. All rooms come with a king-size bed, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, hifi and Internet access. The villa's kitchenette comes with a minibar, fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. An ironing set, safe and individually regulated air conditioning are provided and rooms also come with a balcony or terrace.
Sport activities description
Guests are welcome to relax by taking a dip in the generous and inviting private swimming pool, which includes a sun terrace and sun loungers. For an additional fee guests can enjoy spa or massage treatments in the privacy of the villa.

An on-site food and beverage service is available. Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner à la carte and set menu options are served.

Superbly located in the heart of Bali's vibrant Seminyak Area, the town centre is approximately a 5-minute car journey from the resort. The tourist centre of Kuta is around a 15-minute drive and Seminyak beach is about a 5-minute drive from the resort. There is direct access from both the Sunset and Legian Roads, where the villas are nestled down a quiet lane. The resort is also just a 15-minute drive from the Bali's International Airport.
