Arrived late at 2200hrs. Reception staff were expecting us and immediately told us to go and enjoy dinner in the restaurant
whilst they took care of registration & our bags. We, plus our friends, were upgraded to an apartment each as the hotel was
full.
Restaurant was always clean, punctual, both breakfast & dinner always plentiful and a good variety which was never allowed
to run out. Bottled water on each table greatly appreciated.
The spa was great fun, well kept and easy to reserve.
We have full praise for all the staff, not just reception but also restaurant staff who worked hard to ensure excellent service.
All were very polite and immediately dealt with any queries.
