All apartments feature a full bathroom, a lounge with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed and a capacity of 2 persons), an American-style kitchen and a large terrace. Moreover, a TV, a fridge, bed linen, a washing machine and various other comforts come as standard. There are also studios for 2 to 3 adults available, with a kitchenette and air conditioning. All studios are located on ground floor, so they do not have a terrace or sea view.

The communal pool is for exclusive use of residents in 2 bedroom apartments.
