The building was built in 1920 and has been thoughtfully furnished. The hotel is set amidst tranquil gardens, has a separate entrance and offers visitors all the requirements for a quiet and cosy stay. Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a terrace and a total of 2 apartments on one floor only. The hotel is air conditioned and offers guests a reception, an Internet connection, a telephone, a fax machine, a photocopier as well as a meeting room (may be hired along with the reception and lies in the E. Scarfoglio 4, just 200 m away). A car park for cars and motorbikes is also available.
Room description
The apartments are suitable for 4 people and the en suite bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin and bidet), a kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. A hire safe, a DVD player, a colour TV and a stereo are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating also feature as standard. A private terrace completes the facilities.

They may all be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by bus. The nearest public transport lies within 50 metres of the hotel. Thanks to its central location, the hotel provides the perfect point of departure for those wishing to take a magic tour of the Eternal City of Rome. This modern oasis of greenery and peacefulness is located around 5 km from the city centre. Ciampino Airport is located approximately 25 km away, whilst Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport is 40 km from the hotel.
How to get there
From Fiumicino Airport: take the train leaving each quarter of an hour from Fiumicino Airport Train Station to Roma Tiburtina Station (45 min). From Ciampino Airport: take a Cotral bus from Ciampino Airport to Anagnina metro station (about 20 minutes). From Anagnina take the tube (Line A) to Termini Station (about 30 minutes). Then from Termini Station have to take the metro (Line B) to Tiburtina Station (about 10 minutes). From Tiburtina station (about 900 m away), take the bus number 309 (direction S. Maria Del Soccorso) or the 211 and arrive at the hotel after 3 stops (about 5 minutes).
