Sport activities description

Get away from the stress in the 2 available spas: the Wellness Center Atlantida, an open-air spa, unique in the south of Tenerife, with 2 large swimming pools and a sun terrace for more than 200 sun beds. One of the swimming pools has an original design and is ideal for a relaxing swim. The other has a hot tub for 8 people and 4 whirlpool beds, a laminated massage and another area, especially designed for spinal massage. The other spa, the 'Sparadise', is indoors and offers a wide selection of natural therapies, beauty treatments, well-being programs and different activities as yoga, belly dancing, Pilates and a thermal circuit for relaxaion. There is also a gym. Further leisure activities include table tennis and a varied entertainment programme offered during high season. The nearest golf course is around 1 km away.
