This apartment complex was constructed in 2005. It has extensive gardens, a terrace, reception desk service, car park, garage (local charge), and laundry service (local charge).

All the apartments are provided with a complete kitchenette at the entrance to the lounge with an electric oven and fridge, a complete bathroom, a terrace with lateral sea and pool views, two single beds or a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Air conditioning (cooling/heating), a washing machine and a TV are also provided. Two bedroom apartments have also a second bedroom and a separate kitchen. Security boxes are available to rent in reception.

Sport activities description

This complex has one swimming pool for adults and one for children. During the winter season, guests can make use of an indoor spa pool.

Comments from hotel

A refundable deposit must be paid on arrival. The apartments have their own office in the building, open from 9h to 14h and 16h to 19:30h, Monday to Sunday in winter. In July and August the hours are 9h to 22h. If guests arrive when the office is closed, there is a reception open 24 hours in Apartament Turmalina, 26 Avda. Juan Carlos I. Tel: 96 583 21 55. Guests should consult where is the key collection point.
