The air-conditioned hotel offers a friendly atmosphere together with traditional Cretan hospitality. The warm colours of the walls create a tranquil atmosphere for guests and the hotel comprises a lobby area with hotel safe, children's playground, café, bar and breakfast room. All the common areas are air-conditioned and there is a wireless Internet access point. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park, and a laundry service is available for a fee.
Room description
The apartments are elegantly decorated following the traditional styles of the area combined with modern style elements. Each room consists of a bathroom, double bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, wireless Internet access, a safe (for a fee), air conditioning and central heating. Guests may also relax on their own balcony, which has a view of the sea or the city.
Sport activities description
There are two outdoor swimming pools with a view of the Cretan Sea as well as a separate children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar with sun loungers laid out ready for use. Sun loungers are also provided on the sandy beach. Basketball, handball and volleyball are also offered for a fee.
Meal service description
A tasty traditional Cretan buffet is served in the breakfast room and there is also a snack bar available. Á la carte options are offered for dinner.

This family-friendly beach hotel is built on a hill in a gorgeous location surrounded by countryside with a view out towards the Cretan sea and the city of Chania. The place is ideal for a drive to the attractive beach of Aghioi Apostoloi, which is just 10 minutes by car, or for visiting the picturesque Venetian harbour of Chania. Alternatively, the lovely beach of Nea Chora is also within walking distance, just 400 metres from the aparthotel. The centre of Chania is around 1.5 km from the city hotel, Balos/Gramvousa Island is approximately a 40-minute drive, and Chania-Souda Airport is roughly 11 km away.

excellent family-run hotel, clean and with wonderful swimming pools (two of them!). The personnel is very motivated, kind
and professional. Any of our requests or questions have been answered as thoroughly as only possible. We were very pleasantly
surprized by this hotel. Hopefully I can come again to Chania and again at this hotel!
If you enjoy staying in the city center (where best bars and restaurants but also the special Venetian harbour flair are),
so this might not be the right choice for you - Frida Apt. are located a bit far from the center. But for this you get an
excellent hotel, fantastic staff and wonderful pools with blue water, matching the colour of the sea which is just a few hundred
meters away. And by the way, a walk from the center to Frida Apt. takes only about 30 minutes and one can walk along the Nea
Chora beach with its restaurants and cafes and along a tiny port as well. But for this you won't see crowds of tourists in
the area near Frida, and the seaside is rather close too.
