The resort offers guests the choice of roomy en suite (shower/bathtub) suites with a misty mountain view, partial ocean, or oceanfront views. All accommodation features fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, cooker and microwave, ceiling fans and/or air conditioning. The décor in each room is in keeping with the style of the island, with island furnishings and private lanais. Each suite has satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, safe, iron and ironing board as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Within the grounds is a swimming pool, hot tub, a sun terrace for relaxing and also picnic tables and a barbeque area for al fresco dining. Snorkelling, scuba diving, and other beach activities are located nearby, as well as golf and tennis (charges apply).

The condominium resort provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer. As a result, the property will not be offering daily maid service in lieu of this mid-stay clean. This complex is located on the seafront in Kailua-Kona with its pebble beach on the Big Island, Hawaii. There is a wide variety of restaurants along Alii Drive and shopping is available in the historic Kailua-Kona town centre, about 5 minutes' drive away. The Hawaii Volcano National Park lies roughly 2 hours' drive from the complex.

How to get there
From the airport take a right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Queen K). At the 6th crossroad turn right onto Palani Road. Drive across 2 further crossroads. After the 2nd one, Palani Road turns into Alii Drive. Drive 5 km south on Alii Drive and after passing the stone church, look for the 3-storey grey building with white trim. The lobby is located on the same side of the street as the ocean.
