The spacious hotel complex, which lies amongst gardens, lakes and canals, was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2001. Surrounded by extensive grounds, the hotel has 17 buildings (with 3 - 9 floors) with a total of 1,474 apartments. The centre of the complex is Pueblo Español with cafés, shops, clubs, a pizzeria, a pub, a supermarket and a completely modernised à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Additional facilities include a games room, a kids club, a play area, a garage as well as a car park. There are also laundry and room services as well as medical assistance available.

Room description

The stylish apartments come equipped with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone and a hire safe. They also all include a kitchenette, a fridge and a lounge area as standard.

Sport activities description

The spacious garden area has 8 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols and plenty of snack bars. In addition, guests are offered archery, basketball, billiards, bocce, diving as well as water aerobics' courses. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the tennis courts, squash courts, riding, bicycles and minigolf. An entertainment programme is additionally on offer for both young and older guests.

Meal service description

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, in buffet form. At midday and in the evenings guests may also dine from the à la carte menu.

This resort is situated directly next to the lake, Lago Esperanza. It is located only one street from a fine-sand beach in the bay of Alcudia. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Countless shops, delightful restaurants, vibrant bars and clubs are just a few minutes away on foot, and a golf course is found 10 kilometres from the hotel.
